These printed directories are split into 19 geographical areas in South Africa, with each containing business and residential telephone numbers, as well as the "trademark" Yellow Pages section.
Trudon is also the only publisher of the Namibia directory. The four major metropolitan areas have separate phone books (alphabetical) and Yellow Pages (classified) directories. The remaining 15 directories have both sections combined into one book.

Our Distribution Channels:

Residential

• Directories are updated annually. They are delivered door-to-door to residential homes in areas that have a telephone penetration rate greater than 55%.
• Delivery is based on the number of households in a specific area. These household counts are derived from Statistics South Africa, University of Cape Town, and the Human Science Research Council. Currently, they are based on the 2001 census data which was enriched by Trudon for 2009.
• The directories are enclosed in a weather proof recycled plastic bag. As they are placed in driveways, no contact is made with the homeowner.

Business

• Telkom SA supplies Trudon with the business address list for distribution. The amount of rented lines will determine the number of free directories that the business will receive.
• A unique proof of delivery system is used to verify delivery to each business. Where additional directories are required, Trudon will provide a subsequent delivery system.

Telkom outlets and major Post Offices outlets

• In cases where business and residential subscribers have not received their directories, up to 5 can be collected from a Post Office or Telkom Customer Service Branch.  Trudon also monitors the stock frequently and provides monthly top-ups.

Customer service centre

• Trudon provides a share call number - 086 093 5569 during office hours to arrange delivery to business customers. Additional orders are delivered within 10 working days from the processed order (minimum quantity applies). In order to be placed in the following years address list, new customers can email or fax their details to the call centre.
• This service centre records all complaints and handles all distribution queries.
