The Sales department in PE has a vacancy for a Premise Sales Consultant reporting to the Manager: Premise Sales.

The Incumbent will be responsible for:
 Achieving sales targets by selling benefits and values of Trudon products and services to both new and existing clients
 Cold calling and selling benefits and values of Trudon products and services to new clients
 Build customer loyalty within a sales cycle by effectively understanding customer needs
 Build productive customer relationships by assisting the customer to maximize their exposure for the benefit of both
 Effectively present ideas to individuals/groups by delivering presentations suited to the diverse needs of the audience
 Plan and professionally prepare a potential sale before visiting customers
 Create and maintain customer profiles accurately and consistently
 Influence and advise customers by generating innovative solutions
 Effectively manage time to achieve daily call rates, targets and deadlines

Knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications required: 
 Matric qualification
 Two years relevant sales experience
 Applicants with a Marketing/Sales Diploma will be highly recommended
 Experience in the advertising/communication or insurance industry will be a distinct advantage
 Basic computer knowledge in MS Office (including MS Word, Excel and Power point)
 Have excellent selling and negotiating skills
 Results-orientated and flexible
 Influential, persuasive, competitive and have a conscientious personality
 Self-motivated and ambitious with high levels of energy
 Good interpersonal and communication skills
 Have a proven track record in achieving set targets
 A valid drivers license and access to a car are absolutely essential

The Telesales department in Bloemfontein and East London has vacancies for Telesales Consultants, reporting to the Manager: Telesales.

The Incumbent will be responsible for:

• Cold calling and selling benefits and values of Trudon products and services to new clients
• Present the company’s products, services and ideas telephonically in a clear manner in order to meet the needs and provide benefits to customers
• Actively seeking information to understand customers’ needs
• Build rapport and cooperative telephone relationships with customers to enhance old and new business sales
• Meet all sales budgets as set out by the company
• Create customer records (listings, billings and advertising details) that are accurate
• Ensure effective and efficient maintenance of customer records (updating, amending etc.)
• Keep a strong work pace and exhibit intensity in achieving daily call rates as well as targets and deadlines

Knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications required: 

• A Matric qualification
• Marketing/Sales Diploma or qualification would be an advantage
• Excellent telesales expertise with good communication skills and good voice control
• At least one year sales experience in related industry – advertising industry knowledge will be a distinct advantage
• Basic computer skills
