Thabo is the Managing Director of Trudon (Pty) Ltd and was appointed in that role in May 2002. Prior to joining Trudon he spent a total of 9 years in Investment Banking with both UBS and HSBC. He started his career as a trainee in Management Accounting and he held positions as Regional Accountant, Financial Manager and General Manager Operations before changing his career to Financial services. He has been a member of various boards of companies ranging from listed companies and SOE. He also serves on boards of nonprofit organisations.
Johan Myburgh was appointed the Chief Financial Officer in January 2002. Prior to joining Trudon (Pty) Ltd, he worked for Telkom SA in various financial positions of which the last was as an executive.
Ndaba Nkomo was appointed GM: Customer Fulfilment in March 2010. Prior to joining Trudon, he held the position of Sales Director at Accenture. He also has extensive experience holding senior positions at Multichoice such as Senior Consultant and Senior Business Analyst / Integration Engineer respectively.
Franco Berluti is currently the GM for Strategy and Business Development after previously being appointed to the positions of GM: Operations and IT in 2002, GM for IT in October 2003 and GM: Operations in 2006. Prior to joining Trudon (Pty) Ltd he worked as a self employed Project Manager, IT and Business Consultant to different companies. He also worked as a Systems Manager for AECI Limited and as a Systems Engineer for Atlas Aircraft Corporation.
Mashudu has a BA Honours and a Master of Science degree (Clinical Psychology). She has extensive experience holding senior positions in HR working for multinational companies like Reckitt and Coleman, Henkel SA, DeBeers and Holcim. Mashudu started her HR career at the Development Bank of South Africa.
Adriaan van Vuuren was appointed as GM for IT from January 1 2009. He joined Trudon (Pty) Ltd in 2002 as a Systems Development Manager. He then became Project Manager and was later promoted to Senior Manager: IT. For two years before that, he was a consultant to the company. Adriaan holds a BSc Honours (Information Technology) degree from the University of Pretoria and a Masters in Business Leadership from UNISA. Prior to joining Trudon (Pty) Ltd, he was employed at Quality Business Consultants.
Robert Oregan was appointed GM: Customer Care in 2006 after being GM of Operations and GM of Sales. He was also the Regional Sales Manager and National Production Manager for Trudon. Prior to joining the company, he worked for Standard Bank South Africa.
Chris Deeks was appointed GM: Online and Search in April 2010. Chris started his career at Avusa Media (then TML) in 1994. He moved from an early career in print media into the digital arena when he joined the fledgling online department where he built consumer media websites. A long stint at I-Net Bridge followed in various roles, the last being Product Manager. He then moved back into Avusa Media taking over the running of Avusa Media’s online assets before a brief foray into hyper-local digital media. He is as passionate about digital media today as he was when he joined the medium more than 13 years ago.
Eben Gewers was appointed GM: Sales in July 2011. Eben has been in the media sales industry for more than 12-years. Prior to joining Trudon (PTY) Ltd he worked for Oracle Airtime Sales where he headed up the commercial revenue division of SuperSport. He also worked for organisations such as the SABC and BDFM (Business Day / Financial Mail).
